As a Shift Leader at Nando’s, you will support the management team in running smooth and successful shifts while creating fantastic moments for our customers. You’ll be a role model for the team, demonstrating leadership, living our values, and upholding Nando’s high standards across all areas of the restaurant.

Job Requirements:

1. People

  • Ensure consistent execution of front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Maintain Nando’s standards for food quality, freshness, and speed of service

3. Place

  • Run great shifts that deliver memorable customer experiences
  • Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and visually aligned with the Nando’s brand
  • Support local marketing activities (LRM) in your area

4. Performance

  • Grow sales by running efficient shifts and delivering operational excellence
  • Monitor and uphold health, safety, and food quality standards (HACCP, Halal, REX, etc.)
  • Deliver The Nando’s Experience through warm, professional service
  • Support cost control by managing labour, waste, and gross profit effectively

As a Supervisor/ Shift Manager, you are expected to:

  • Confidently run and manage restaurant shifts
  • Lead, support, and motivate your team to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Maintain high operational standards in alignment with Nando’s brand and values
