As a Shift Leader at Nando’s, you will support the management team in running smooth and successful shifts while creating fantastic moments for our customers. You’ll be a role model for the team, demonstrating leadership, living our values, and upholding Nando’s high standards across all areas of the restaurant.

- Monitor and uphold health, safety, and food quality standards (HACCP, Halal, REX, etc.)
- Deliver The Nando’s Experience through warm, professional service
- Support cost control by managing labour, waste, and gross profit effectively
