Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about customer service and provide the best service and dining experience to customers
  • Great and welcome customer with enthusiasm; say goodbye with warmth
  • Focus and be attentive to customer’s request
  • Consistently serve and check on the customer in a professional and friendly manner that is consistent with delivering “The Nando’s Experience” to ensure customers are always happy, always informed and satisfied at all times
  • Work together with the team to prepare, cook, and serve foods efficiently and correctly according to Nando’s standard.
  • Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required
  • To make sure restaurant is kept clean at all time while carrying out daily and weekly cleaning schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving customers
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Willing to learn and adapt to changes
  • Literate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fully vaccinated individuals only
  • School leaver, home maker and retiree are encourage to apply
